Each figurine is carefully hand-carved and painted based on your pet’s photos. Every piece is a handmade artistic interpretation of your pet, not an exact replica. Slight variations may occur, making each figurine truly one of a kind.

Before You Order

• Please select your preferred pose and size from the available options before placing your order.
• If you would like a special pose or size that is not listed in the available options, please contact us before placing your order.
• Please upload several clear photos of your pet, including front, side, and back views. These photos are very important for creating an accurate carving.
• Wood carvings of dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds are available. For other pets, please contact me by email or message me before placing your order.
• Please note that no digital proof or preview will be provided before carving.

After You Order

• After your order is placed, we will contact you by email to confirm the order details. Please make sure your email address is correct and check your inbox regularly.
• If you do not see our email, please check your spam or junk folder.
• Production will be completed within 1–2 weeks after payment.
• Before shipping, we will send you photos of the finished figurine for your approval. Minor adjustments can be made before your order is shipped to make sure you are happy with the final piece.
• Delivery usually takes about 10–14 days to arrive at your address.
• The final size may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of this item.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Because this is a personalized handmade item, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted once production has started. Thank you for your understanding.
