Because each piece is custom-made based on your pet’s photo, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has started.

However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us. We will always do our best to make it right.

We carefully follow the pet photo you provide to create each piece, ensuring a faithful and artistic interpretation.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the process, we do not provide full digital previews before production. However, we focus on capturing the essence and character of your pet with great attention to detail.

If you have any special requests (pose, expression, or style direction), you can leave a note when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate them during the carving stage.

Each piece is handmade within 7–14 days after your order is placed.

Once completed, your order will be shipped immediately. Delivery usually takes 10–15 days depending on the destination.

In some cases, customs clearance may cause a slight delay. As soon as your final last-mile tracking number is available, we will send it to you via email right away.

Clear photos that show your pet’s face and body clearly work best.

We recommend natural lighting and front or side angles so we can accurately capture your pet’s expression and features.
